Shipping Overview

Now Buildings supplies custom roll formed steel building kits delivered around Australia to your nominated site (Delivery) or available for collection from our depot (Pick up). Delivery arrangements are confirmed as part of your quote and at time of order.

Delivery Methods

Delivery is typically completed using a semi-trailer, which is 20 metres (66 ft) in length, 2.4 metres (8 ft) wide, 3.5 metres high (11 ft 6 in) and could weigh up to 42 tonnes (semi-trailer). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site is suitable and accessible for the agreed delivery method.
If site access is unsuitable, alternative delivery arrangements or collection (Pick up) may be required and additional costs may apply.

Shipping Timeframes

As our buildings are rolled to order, all delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to meet agreed production and delivery schedules, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing, transport, or supply chain disruptions. We will proactively communicate any changes to the site contact should delays or adjustments impact the initial production and delivery timeframes.
Delivery Costs

Delivery arrangements and any applicable costs will be confirmed as part of your quote and order order.
Additional charges may apply depending on site location, access conditions, delivery method or other factors.

Missed or Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues or if the customer is unable to receive the goods, additional charges may apply, including re-delivery or storage fees.
