Custom-Made Products – Change of Mind Returns

Now Buildings supplies custom roll formed steel building kits that are custom-designed, engineered and manufactured to suit each customer’s selected requirements, site information and project specifications.

Because our sheds are made to order and manufactured specifically for each project, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect customer-supplied information, or where a customer no longer requires the product after the order has been placed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
