Now Buildings has been in business since 2008 and our team has over 50 years combined industry experience. Our company turns over more than $30 million per year, meaning we have massive buying power on a smart range of buildings. To maintain this type of buying power and achieve huge savings for our customers, we deal only with ABN holders. We also don’t produce small or complex sheds as this would take away from our buying power.

Higher Wind Design – We design our buildings to importance level 2. This is industrial grade and is up to 30% stronger than a traditional farm shed.

Extend at Any Time – Unlike most sheds, our engineering allows your new building to be extended in many ways, at any time. With Now Buildings you can add bays, lean-tos or even join an extra shed.

Construction – Our buildings are easy to construct and come with extensive plans, construction manuals and guaranteed support. If you would prefer someone else to build it for you, we can refer you to one of our 40+ independent building teams who love to build our sheds.

Delivery – We deliver to most areas or you can collect your shed from one of 20 manufacturing depots nationwide.

Peace of Mind – Unlike many shed companies, Now Buildings holds full professional indemnity insurance and provides site specific engineering by independent engineers who also hold full professional indemnity insurance.

However, we understand the need to compare products and companies when investing in high-value items, so we have put together a quick checklist to help with your decision making.

Is your quote for high-grade Australian steel?

Will your building be fully manufactured in Australia?

Is the design of your building to Importance Level 2 and Terrain Category 2?

This is important as your building could be designed for a much lower wind speed.

In an open gable end shed, do you have knee braces in the design that will get in the way?

In a three sided or fully enclosed shed, is your end wall frame the same as the internal walls?

This allows you to add to your shed in that direction.

Does the shed company provide testimonials from both customers and builders? Are they happy for you to organise to talk to someone if needed? We have thousands of happy customers across the country and 21 independent shed builders that love to build our sheds.

Does the shed company carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance separate from any independent engineer?

You can ask for the policy number.

Do they provide site specific engineering with an independent engineer signing off that your shed is suitable for your site?

The independent engineer also needs to have full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
