One of our favourite things about being in the shed business is heading out to the field days all over the country and meeting farmers and business owners face to face. It’s not often we have the opportunity to meet primary producers as the industry by nature requires everyone to be out working on their separate properties. So when there is a field day on, we love getting out there and meeting up with our customers, old and new.
We’ve attended numerous field day events since beginning as a small shed company over 10 years ago. Since then, we’ve been regulars at events such as FarmFest in Toowomba QLD, AgQuip in Gunnedah NSW and the Henty Machinery Field Days in Henty NSW. It’s great to see what new products and services are available to farmers and primary producers around the region.
We love getting in and setting up our big orange tent and showing off the quality materials that go into a Now Buildings shed. Best of all is getting amongst the farmers and those in the industry and helping them design their perfect shed, face to face. We also get the opportunity to catch up with a lot of previous Now Buildings customers and find out from them first hand how their shed is going. It’s a great opportunity to also meet with people who may not have heard about us and show them why Now Buildings is the best in sheds.
In 2018, we organised the biggest competition we’ve ever held and gave away a $20,000 shed to one lucky field day attendee. We made entering the competition exclusively available to field day attendees and got over 5061 entries across 22 different field days. It was awesome meeting that many people and giving them the chance to win such a large prize.
In 2019 we are only visiting the below field days but we looking forward to doing another Australian wide field day adventure in 2020.
Farm Fest | 4 JUNE – 6 JUNE | QLD
AGQUIP | 20 AUGUST- 22 AUGUST | NSW
HENTY MACHINERY| 17 SEPTEMBER – 19 SEPTEMBER | NSW
Know of a field days that we haven’t visited, email us at [email protected] and we’ll try to make it happen.
